Description:
The lip anesthetic use for numbing the skin 15-20 minutes, before
application pigments, safe for use on the lip and eyebrow.
- Wash the area receiving treatment with soap and water. Dry area
completely.
- Apply a thick amount of numbing cream to the area and rub in
thoroughly.
- Place an additional, thin layer of cream over the area.
- Cover the cream with plastic wrap (saran wrap). The heat under the
plastic wrap helps activate the cream. and keeps the cream form
drying off.
- Leave the plastic wrap on until it is removed by the professional
before the procedure.
- Leave the cream on the skin longer for better result. Don't remove
the saran wrap until you feel the numbing effect.

1. A known allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients.
2. A history of severe liver disease or impairment

Usage:
1. With a cotton stick dipped in liquid pain killer and apply
slowly to the skin. Avoid the painkiller into the eye. (Tips: It
can not be too long. The effect will be over. The long time
application will burn the skin.)
2. With a needle (machine round needle or hand blade stab lightly)
to tap, a little pain
3. Use a cotton stick dipped in powerful anesthetic along the wound
repeatedly and apply.
4. Put on protective film to seal the operation parts for 30-45mins
